We specialize in child advocacy, focusing on leveling the playing field in education, healthcare, and family support. Our goal is to break the poverty cycle, ensure that all children are served equitably and empower future generations.
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
Within our People Development initiative, we offer tailored programs to enhance the skills of management, employees, parents, and even children. Our Instructional Designers can build in-person and online courses for personal/professional development.
ORGANIZATIONAL EQUITY REVIEWS
An external equity review takes an in-depth look at an organization's policies, practices, and data, including interviews with relevant stakeholders. The objective is to provide actionable recommendations for equitable access to opportunities for all.
LOBBYING
In the future: Our organization hopes to lobby for enhanced support and guidance for entities serving children. By advocating at local and national levels, we hope to influence policy and secure resources to uplift young lives.
"THINK TANK" FOR RESEARCH-BASED PRACTICE
In the future: We hope to establish think tanks comprised of researchers and professionals committed to advancing equitable services for all children. By focusing on evidence-based practices, this collaborative effort aims to generate actionable recommendations that will shape policies and programs, ensuring every child receives the opportunities they deserve.
Our focus areas include, but are not limited to: social services, public foster and adoption programs, K-16 education, LGBT issues, and mental & physical health. We are dedicated to supporting underserved populations but will work to provide equitable services for ALL children. After all, "Every Child Deserves A Fair Break!"
